Friday 6-7 Hot Yoges - Jasmine

This is a new old teacher. I think her name is Jasmine. She used to teach at Westcoast Hot yoga a few years ago and now she is back. She was giggley and nervous. She did not project her voice and I found it difficult to follow what she wanted us to do. Perhaps she hasn't been teaching in a while. She will get used to it again. I don't remember having this complaint about her before. Nonetheless - Friday morning yoga is done and it is FRIDAY last block!! YAY!

I knew about the earthquake right before I went to class. I was thinking about Mike, Matt and their families. Everyone is fine! Sad though.
