I am going to try some fitness YouTubes during my spares till the end of the year and get some new ideas for my classes. Not worthy of a post each time but I will keep track and do one monthly post.

- There were two ab exercises on here that I couldn't even do! (hip flexor killers!)
- If you wanted to use it in class I would consider just doing the first half - it repeats all again with half the reps.

- I had to take breaks - this was a hard one - level 3 - going to do level 2 tomorrow
- There are 50 reps of each exercise and it is 8 minutes long. I don't think my students would be able to do this one.
