For the last few months I have kept busy doing
#MuscleBurnsFat/Advanced. I enjoyed Megan's workouts. They were quick
and sweaty. I did not have the BOD ropes that she used. I just air
skipped. That being said, I am looking forward to starting something new
and am a little sick of fake skipping. I would do these workouts again. I also did some yogas, Studio North classes, and a Beverly ballet through Harbour Dance live stream.
