What a gloomy, foggy Halloweeny morning. Monday. I did it. My left hip still hurts so I didn't do the left triangle. I also missed a couple of other exercises because I was too hot and dizzy. She didn't turn the fans on at all today. It was super hot as soon as I walked in. What did I miss?? Let's see... left triangle because of my hip, one balancing stick, and I missed some spine strengthening. I was just too hot and pooped. I tried really hard in the heat. I did awesome in the balancing head to knee but then was dizzy for the bow.
Oh well, one down and two to go!
