Friday 6-7am Hot Yoges - Sarah - 37 CMBC#23 - Azelia!

Azelia came to her first hot yoga class today and she did amazing!! I always find that Sarah teaches an awesome, clear class - great for your first time - but always challenging!! She keeps you going until the end. I think I stopped sweating by Scott Road today... hahaha!


Two more months and I will have this stupid screw out of my ankle and I will be able to bend again. I am looking forward to running and jumping!!! OK... there is the bell - great morning - happy sushi Friday!!
