Thursday 6:15-7:15 Grooving - Eric 37 CMBC#27- Azelia!

Azelia came to class tonight. It was a fun and sweaty class. It was relaxing. I was thinking about JP's class though. I love his class. This one is just a nice sweaty break but it does give me some cool teaching ideas.

At the end of this class we played a game where Eric would point to students and they would have to make up a groove.
