Lisa asked me about school start up after class this morning. That was nice but made me feel guilty for not continuing my membership. It isn't personal it is a financial decision l and I know I will be back. That is my studio.
My lower back was super tight and sore. I had a good class still. It wasn't very hot and those steamers were gone. ?
