Thursday 3 Km Steady 15:16 Mins - Azelia

It was beautiful (but cold) out today. It was sunsetish and clear. Azelia and I ran the same route as yesterday - to the right at the Yaletown entrance of the C wall and to just before the restaurant part of the route. We ran a slower and steadier pace today. Although - I noticed that we run faster around people. We are both too competitive!! hahaha!

I feel so grateful that I can run without pain. I am glad I waited for the screw to come out. I am glad I let myself heal. I am so happy that I have a beautiful city to run around. I look forward to my next run.
