I had an awesome class today. I focussed on breathing again. I had a lot of water left. It was awesome.
OH!! I had an awesome idea for a yoga project - when Jon starts screen printing again. I am going to save the idea though. I don't want to give it away!! You know.. soooo many people read this!
Azelia did an awesome class today. Sending some love to her Grandma and hope she gets feeling better and stronger.
I haven't heard from Katherine yet. I wonder if she is coming next Thursday. I will have to e-mail her again and meet her with the contract if so. If not we need to reschedule.
I also have a great idea I am keeping in my head until J starts printing!
