Hot as HELL! I cried it was so hot. I placed my mat right under the fan and she didn't turn it on until the last two spine stretching and then she turned it off before I could flip over and really soak it in. Then she didn't turn it on until the very end. Usually it goes on during the balancing series I think. I never really paid attention that much before.. until I was dying today. I almost left the class.
